Stampin' Saturday

It is an absolutely gorgeous day here. Ya know, you can stamp anywhere, even outside on your patio table! Looking at my little pond in the backyard, I decided to use the QKD Kiss Me Frog stamp. It's only $2.99 to begin with, but this week it's 35% off! Don't you just love it? Think of all the great projects you could make with it!
Other materials used to make this card: Maya Road flower and ribbon; Nestabilities label diecuts; Fiskars punch and Fiskars Cloud 9 Design Bouncing Baby Boy patterned paper; Hero Arts Gemstones. Hope you have time this Saturday to scrap a lot. Helene

Time To Celebrate?!

I can't tell you how many times I have needed a "manly" stamp to make a card from! Does that happen to you?! Well, I needed one for my DH to tell him how proud I am of him for doing good on a test recently so I found myself in that "dilemma"! Then, it dawned on me..... I can use my "Kiss Me Frog" stamp! Now my DH is my prince and he's much better looking then a frog but, if I knew that when I went I went to kiss that frog I'd kiss him twice! LOL!

So I used the "Kiss Me Frog" stamp for the image and I colored him with my Koh-I-Nor pencils and Gamsol, I used my Coluzzle to cut out the circles but those dots...how'd I do that?! Well, I used a plastic canvas circle!! Now how's that for an inexpensive crafting tool?! Easy to punch the circle and then cut or vice versus! Easy peasy!

Well, I hope you like my card but, before you rush off to get your frog stamp let me tell you the GOOD news....
SALES!!! YEAH!! The Queen has a huge sale going on right now!! Yep, that's right, I said that favorite 4 letter word.... SALE! Up to 55% off certain items AND, get this....my other favorite 4 letter word?! FREE!!! Yes, I said it, I said FREE!!! If you buy a certain amount you get a free grab bag of goodies! I love surprises so when I bought my first stamps from the Queen I got one of these too! It was packed FULL of good stuff! Now how can you resist a deal like that?! You can't so, now, whatcha waitin' for?!!

Have fun shopping......

Way 2 Go!

This is one happy frog in this stamp! I think he knows he's about to be kissed and turned back into "Prince Charming"! LOL! One thing about that story is they never tell what he did to be turned into a frog anyway....that's probably a good story (to make up) for another day! LOL! Since there are so many reasons to congratulate and honor people this time of year with graduations, weddings, promotions...all sorts of things, finally mowing the grass....you're going to need some "boy" type stamps as well to make those cards right?! Well take a look at this one and see if it could work for your cards;

The name of this stamp is "Kiss Me Frog" and is available for a few more days at 40% off making it less then $2! Now that's a deal I can handle! I also used one of the word stamps from "Congratulations" set (4 stamps for $5.99). The rest of Queen Kat's Stamps are on sale 40% off too! Go take a peek and see which of these you can't live without too!
