The Serpent COMES

Sue here. I did another card with the Queen Kat's Image the "Serpent". This is such a versitile image. She looks a lot like a mermaid; but,if you look a little closer at the tail and her ears she is in the shape of a snake. Good Morning Everyone! So great to see you today. I would like to share a card that I created with an image drawn by Nora Blansett: I created this card by: 1) Using shiny card stock and streaking it with momento inks in silver, copper and a shimmering white. 2) Printed out my image and did just a bit of coloring with my metallic pens and inks. 3) Used bling from the Tim Holtz line and a bit of glitter card stock on the bottom. The Serpent

Good Morning Everyone! Love this sunlight in the morning. Here is a card where I combined a few different techniques to create THE SERPENT. So here she is: The artist who made the design is Maryanne English. Her stamps can be found at Queens Kat Designs or simply click HERE. I made the card as follows: 1) Stamped image using Momento Ink because I printed on Shiney Card stock for part of the design (tail). 2) Used the shiny cardstock and my alcohol inks to create her tail. This gives you such a great blending effect. 3) Stamped design again and used pastels, metallic ink, markers and glitter pens to complete her look. 4) Paper is from Queens Kat Designs, except for the solids that are from my leftover Stampin up stock. 5) Decorations: Stole from a flower arrangement for the seaweed and purple leaf. Used real shells that I gathered at the beach and finally a ships wheel with a rhinestone and a few more in the corner for luck. My Puzzled Heart

Hello everyone and happy Thursday! It is so good to talk to everyone today. I have a neat card for you that I created from a stamp made by Nora Blansett. Here take a look:

This is a great stamp to use for Valentine Day, Birthday or Anniversary. I used stampin up papers with the main card in textured cardstock,except the white which is stitched water color paper. Used glitter pens, markers and of course prisma pencils to complete my coloring. Used the circle cutter for the two circles. Applied a cluster of star bling. Please enjoy and see you next week. Sue.

The Solace Swan and Pixie

This card reminds me of a Monet painting that one would see hanging in a gallery. I used the Foral background Queen Kat stamp that I embossed in gold.

Used a frame with a vine and another vine with flowers surrounding the picture. Added a water lilly leaf for bling and there you have my Monet! The stamp artist is Joanna Bromley. Toadstool Fairy (gatefold card)

Hello everyone! I created a gatefold card for this design and used holiday colors. The black Dsp is from Storyteller Designs and has roses on it, very pretty. The design was awesome to do! Hopefully, you can see the wings that were done with a gloss and irredescent glitter.

Frankenstein

Good Morning everyone. Here is a Halloween card that feeds you!!! Pretty neat huh. The Image of Frank really makes this card unique and he is mounted on a tombstone! The image is done Artist Lora Breir.

Colored him with Prisma Pencils and used a candy cup inserted into the card for treats. Used transfer birds for the top of the tombstone. Hope that you enjoy. Have a wonderful Tuesday
