Over at PCP, there was a little challange to do a tag using QKD Stamps and Timmy techniques. So here is my take. I like to think of it as looking out of a submarine window. Stamps that were used are QKD's Under the Sea Stamp Set.
So how did I make the tag you ask?!?!?First I stamped my fish and bubbles onto the tag and then used distress ink to cover the entire background. Following that, I cut a clear cd into the size I wanted and sanded the surface until I got the "frosted" look that I was going for. After, I used Gesso to paint a strip on the back side of the cd, colored the front of the strip in with a red marker. On the back side of the cd, I stamped the seaweed and embossed it with UTEE, followed by adding color with different shades of green. My last steps were to add glossy accents to the front of the cd on the red strip, punch holes and add "rivets" to the cd, and emboss the top of the tag with black embossing powder.
So, I know you have a Timmy Technique that you are dying to try! So try it out! Oh and one more thing, check out Queen Kat Designs and also, come join our group over at PCP.

Great tag, I like the way you did all the technique but I just have to know, how did you cut the CD? I like that effect. Melissa
