Hi all! Well, I think by now everyone knows how much I love to make little notecards for gifts and things! I am here today to share my 3rd set with you!! I always have fun making them because they don't take a whole lot of time and are no brainers!! Just easy fun to be had!!! Enjoy!!

So, has everyone seen the new personalized ATC backer stamps!? So cool! Well, in honor of the ATC, I decided to do something a little different, but still the 3 1/2 X 2 1/2 ATC size. I made two ATC sized tags personalized with my daughter's name. They will each go into a badge cover and tie onto her bags with ribbons. The cute summery beach one is going to be for her beach bag (of course). The adorable little monster with the ballet shoes will be for her dance bag. I just showed them to her and she loves them! A great fun, easy way to personalize tags for your kids stuff!

Well hello there! I hope your week was a great one! I'm back with our TWO Guest Royal Court Members!! Callie and Heidi. Today we are going to feature some fun cards from both gals.. Let's get to it!

Heidi:

From Heidi: "I used SU Pink Pirouette cardstock for my base and then SU Baja Breeze cardstock embossed with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder. The image Swirly Tree is stamped in SU Kiwi Kiss on Whisper white paper and matted on Kiwi Kiss cardstock. I then took the dotted background stamp with SU Baha Breeze ink and stamped on Cool Carribean and matted on SU Blue Bayou. The scallop circle is Regal Rose. The flowers are primas and the ribbon is SU Blue Bayou"

No it's not an erotic joke! We've got a new line of stamps coming out that you are going to fall head over heals for! If you love to color, paint or ink, we've got your back! I'd like to introduce a new stamp designer, Maigan Lynn! She's one of the best Fantasy Artists I've seen in a very long time and we are proud to have her on our Court. New Coffee Stamps

I'm sneaking a new stamp set or two into the store today!!! That's right!!! More new stamps for April?? How can that be? hehe, I'm sneaky like that! I'm happy to introduce the Coffee Bean to you! This is a set of 3 new stamps that are oh so fun to work with. Check out the 2 ATC's I made with them.

About 5 years ago, I was in a swap with a great friend of mine, Shelley Connelie it was a brown swap. Where we had to send X amount of brown embellishments. She chose beads! And those beads were in the shape of COFFEE BEANS!!! I've been saving those beads for a special project.. and low and behold 5 years later, they have inspired a stamp set and they ended up on my ATC's!

Sweet Treat....

How about a little something sweet to give a friend...nothing like giving them a little 'piece' of you! (I had a sweet friend just do that for me! Wink...thanks Vicki!!!) Queen Kat Royal Wednesday

Wednesday means not only the middle of the week but another fun challenge for Queen Kat Royal Wednesday! For those of you stopping by for the first time, welcome. Each Wednesday I'm back for another fun challenge with he Queen Kat Design Team.

This week the challenge is a fun one. I call this challenge April Fool's. Yes I know April 1 was last week but it's still early in April for some more fooling. Here is the challenge: Create a card/ layout/project that has something of a surprise to it. For example: you can have a "secret" pocket on your layout/card or a "surprise" window or something.

MONDAY...

Happy Monday everyone. I thought I would share one of the cards that I made with one of the newly released stamp sets by Queen Kat Designs. This is one of two images called Friend Circles. I love how easy it is to make a quick card with this set. The images are so versatile and can be for any occasion: birthday, welcome home, thinking of you. Just whatever sentiment you decide to stamp on the inside. It's all up to you!

March Guest DT Extended Version I

Hi all! Since I flubbed up last month we are going to feature 2 wonderful ladies this month for the first 2 weeks and then we will have 1 just for the last 2. Here's our new Guest DT for April...

Heidi Steinhebel and she is from Michigan, where she lives with her hubby of 19 years and their 2 teenage boys. Of course, all of them are supporters of her passion for stamping and tease her all the time about the amount of time she spends crafting and shopping for crafting. She is also a SU demonstrator for the last 4 ½ years. I hope that you all enjoy my creations!

Below is the first card from Heidi in her Guest Spot... From Heidi: " I started with a SU Whisper White base and layered with SU Pretty in Pink and Petals and Paisley DP that is punched with MS lace punch. I then used SU Pixie Pink and stamped the dotted background on Pretty in Pink Cardstock- SU celery grosgrain and flowers die cut with Cuttlebug flower dies. (Charm from my stash)"

And last but certainly not least... Ms. Callie is back with some fancy offerings!! She's used out Joe Monster stamp set to create an awesome gift for a friend of hers!! (Lucky friend I might add.)

I love how versatile the Get Inked stamps

truly are! I know Father's Day is still a bit away but I really wanted to make something for Dad with this stamp set! I used chipboard to create the cover and I also up cycled a few bits and pieces laying around my house. The type on the front of the book says:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE masking tape and with a little stazon

you I made my own decotape for the spine.
I filled the book with blank cardstock pages I'm not sure if this will become a scrapbook,
photo album, or if I will just let the boys draw in it for Daddy.
There are tons of tutorials on the web for journal and book making how to's,
have fun with it!!!

This past Wednesday were all the new releases, and the doodles are so much fun to play with!



I used this set and used them for accents around my cut out flowers.
